WHO WE ARE
We are a group of students who want to deliver good music with our own vocals so that others can listen to the beauty of the melody itself, the harmony and also the lyrics. That is also the reason why we chose this name - ‘Dulcis Vox’ means 'Sweet Vocals' in Latin.

WHY WE’RE HERE
As we all know, music has changed significantly and continuously throughout the centuries and nowadays it is tremendously diverse. When it comes to music, people these days usually think of the most popular genres in our daily life (pop, hip-hop and EDM for example), because they have been all over the marketplace recently. However, there is still a beauty – a classical and earnest one – sparkling like a precious gem that not as many people pay close attention to. That is the very choral music – where the beauty of the different yet unified vocals blending together, and the beauty of the harmony they create as well, shines. That is why we, members of Dulcis Vox, have chosen this path.

OUR AIM

• On being a part of this vocal group, we want to our compositions/covers to reach as many listeners as possible, to spread the beauty of harmonization to everybody. We also have an aim of practicing and improving our singing as well as harmonizing skills.

• As Vietnamese people, we want to bring this type of music closer especially to our listeners in Vietnam. Because from our perspective, only a few of this country’s people enjoy it, and it is also not as appreciated as it deserves here. With our tiny contribution, we hope that choral music will be brought closer to people in Vietnam.

GENRES RANGE
Our works primarily consist of 4-part choral harmony compositions and covers. There will sometimes be more harmony parts according to each song. Our songs are mostly acapella or with piano accompaniment. We also have an intention of trying polyphony and we hope that you guys look forward to it as much as we do.
