
"Những Ước Mơ" ("Dreams") is meant to be a song for kids. Both its music and words were originally written by a Vietnamese songwriter name Nguyễn Ngọc Thiện. The most common occasion for one to hear it in Vietnam is probably the Mid-Autumn Festival.
Fun Fact: not just Mid-Autumn Festivals, many Vietnamese people can recall having heard it during countless events - New school year Ceremony, Closing of school year ceremony, World Children's Day, etc. plus numerous singing contests for youngsters.
